Day 1---I know a day late post

So day one started out great...got my Pilates done...ate a good clean breakfast....

Oatmeal with nuts and raisins with some grapes. 

Then life happened...daughter wanted a cheeseburger for dinner so I fixed two...I ate mine on honey 7 grain bun. 

So far day 2 is going great.

Hopefully will post day 2 after work.
